Carpal Tunnel Syndrome board

Hi,
My index finger of the right hand goes white (from poor blood circulation) and numb often for a few minutes many times during the day.
I read about vibration white finger and my problem sounds familiar except I am no where close to machines (other than a computer).
In the last year I've been on beta blockers for a couple of months and levo-thyroxine for a few months.
The only problem I have right now is a risk of type 1 diabetes which my endocrinologist is watching closely.
The only medicine I am on right now is vitamins.
I am 30 years old so I am really worried about this white finger situation.
Any suggestions would help. What kind of specialist would I need to go for consulting ?
Thank you
Raynaulds effects the fingers and toes and ears mainly hon but can effect other arteries as well....there are many things we do not know. If your Dr. puts you on any medicine for it please post back and tell me what he put you on and what dosage...they are prescribing Viagra ( don't laugh! ) for it now plus Cialis...insurance does not want to pay for Viagra for a woman though so many people will get other drugs similar to it...I need to get something now to take but am undecided about what to try because all drugs have side effects to them....I also got Carpal Tunnel before I was finally diagnosed with Scleroderma many years down the road....I experienced pain and numbness...not white fingers with the Carpal Tunnel.
The white fingers goes along with Raynaulds.
Huggers,
Stay warm!
Catty~
