Allergies board

I hate to complain.. there are far worse things that can happen to people than allergies, I realize this.. I just wonder if there is anything I can do to get some relief.

I've had chronic allergies for the past 7 years. Mostly runny nose and itchy skin. I go through an average of 15 boxes of kleenex per week, 2+ per day. I can't sleep through the night because the sneezing and runny nose wakes me up. I think I've tried just about every antihistamine: claritin, clarinex, clarinase, seldane, allegra, zyrtec, immunotherapy shots, homeopathy, steroids and dust barrier bedding.

From time to time the allergies reach such a state that they suspect it's an infection and I take antibiotics.

It's not seasonal, it's not geographic. I had the worst ever attack in Mexico. I recently relocated from California to the East Coast and still no improvement, nothing has changed.

Going out is impossible, staying in is often unbearable. I can't outrun them and they've become so dibilitating it inteferes with work and life. How is that possible when I'm just talking about a runny nose, itching and sneezing? But these allergies are in the driver's seat and everything takes a back seat to their whims.

My facial skins is looking horrible from the rubbing of kleenex 24/7 and my attitude has certainly suffered too. Is there any stone left unturned? What else can I do? Will this be it forever and ever? I would love to hear from someone who's experienced this and maybe, hopefully found a way out. I'm about to give up hope.

If you'd like to write to me directly, [ removed ]. Thank you for reading this post. And best wished to fellow sufferers.
