Acne board

HI, ive been using differin and oral doxycycline and topical clindamycin for over a year now...and the differin definately helps (but only at times...i still get bad cysts but not as frequently)...i'm too scared and not patient enough to go to accutane, but i was wondering if anyone had any experience with switching from differin to retin-a or a derivative? i've heard tazorac is even better...particularly, i'm wondering if i could alternate differin and tazorac use just because i'm scared of the peeling effects of retin-a i read about...also, has anyone NOT had initial breakouts with tazorac or retin-a? because i didn't at all on differin -- my acne only got slowly better....
yeah you're probably right. the differin DOES work pretty well...i think im going to ask my doctor to prescribe Klaron instead of Clindamycin -- which doesnt seem to do a whole lot for me honestly...
