Hello,

The thryoid meds or the Clomid could cause the shorter cycle......more than likely it is the Clomid.....are they ultrasounding you for ovulation? Remember you can ovulate day 9 through 14 most likely day 11.....your cycles seemed a little long before....The clomid is probably making you ovulate each month...
Everyone's cycle is a little different but 28 to 30 days is good......

Just keep on your thyroid medication and the Clomid and GOOD LUCK !!!

Are you seeing a good Reproductive Endocrinologist? If not please find one. I worked in infertility for years and was an infertility patient myself........I have 3 kids now all grown........ Also there are so many things tied into infertility and hormones..thyroid is one of them...... Keep us posted.

Why are you on Clomid if you already ovulate on your own? Just curious...
Clomid is specific for Ovulatory dysfunction that is why it may change your cycles a bit...........

Well good luck and we will all be crossing our fingers for you........Oleander
I am on Armour for my thyroid and Metformin for my Insulin resistance.........remember IR cannot be picked up with one fasting test......you need a 2 hour fasting to tell if you have it.......It has only been in the last year I was put on this...........Back when I was trying for another child this was overlooked. I can go into more detail on the TTC board...i did Clomid Pergonal, IUI and then GIFT..worked first try of Gift....

I had GIFT at Long Beach Memorial CA, Dr Yee...... We can take it to the TTC board if you would like to discuss it more.............be happy too.
