[QUOTE]Anyway, I seem to have zero short term memory and my long term is also affected (but not as seriously as my Short term). For instance, it got that bad that in work I carry a book with me everywhere and write in it everysingle thing I do (as I do it). Thats all well and good, but now I can't even remember where I've last left the darn book! Now in work, my colleagues see me in the corridors, ask if I'm ok - I reply ' where did you see me last?'. Then they say follow me, and physically take me to the exact place they seen me last to see if it will jog my memory.

That sounds like me when I was taking risperdol and cogentin. Sometimes in the middle of a sentence I couldn't even remember what I was going to say. I would tell my wife when we went to a store to do all the talking for me it got so bad. I even hallucinated like crazy. I was freaking out big time. My pdoc said it pushed me into an extreme manic phase. Never again will I take those meds again!
