I have a two year old daughter that has developed a strange lesion on her lower right gum line (where two year old molar would be). It is white in color, raised, jagged, fleshy, and seems to have three separate parts. I have never seen anything like it - she has a mouth full of teeth, and her 4 year old bother never had anything like it either. She seems fine. She has been drooling, but she has a two year old molar coming in on the lower, left gum line. She also take pulmicort (inhalent steroid) everyday for RAD, and was given a dexamethasone injection two weeks ago for the croup. Any clue?
