I am surprised you are still able to work - you must be pretty tough. Neurontin really helps me too, but I recently added the Duragesic patch to my pain management and it really helps. Still taking Norco for breakthrough.

Sometimes surgery isn't such a bad thing - Stenosis doesn't get better - its all a matter of what you can live with. Also, how conservative you doc is. Mine was willing to do a lami in the hopes that we wouldn't have to fuse. Unfortunately, I lost that one.

I'm still working, but I don't feel like I'm too effective. Fortunately, I'm able to get up frequently and move around. Still, the pain interferes with my concentration. Nancy, what surgery did you have and how long ago?
