Allergies board

I came across it while researching Flonase online. PNAR is Perennial Non-Allergenic Rhinitis. I did a search here and nothing showed up.
It is rhinitis caused by non-allergic substances such as perfumes, smoke, fumes. Flonase has an indication for treating it, but ENT doctors use all of the nasal steroid sprays to treat PNAR.
PNAR is also more commonly referred to as vasomotor rhinitus. It is an allergy for irritants and stuff they can not test for... Nasonex and Flonase work for them.. but I have found Nasonex works better. However, there is now a generic form of flonase. I am trying to weigh the money versus effectiveness quality ratio to determine if i should go back on Flonase.

Sincerely,
MG
