Thyroid Disorders board

How are you. I hope you are well. I am in need of your wisdom. I have not posted in a while. I went back to work about 6 weeks ago after 9 months of adreanal insuffiency and all of my other lovely thyroid problems which you have provided such helpful advice on. As you know I had been doing MUCH MUCH BETTER. So far have lost 37 pounds since February, but since I have gone back to work, I have been EXHAUSTED. It started out gradual, I have had to cut back to three to four times a week at the gym instead of 6, and my diet I am embarrassed to say at times falls off the wagon. Am still maintaining the weight, just not losing, and I am soo tired that i am to the point if i want something to eat that the people I work with eat, I eat it and exercise the guilt off. I know.... I must stop, and I am.....
Long story short... Went to the doctor. Near the end of the week I am so tired, I cannot hardly do anything. I am better from around Tuesday to Thursday. Sunday COULD NOT GET UP. Felt awful.
This has been going on for about 5 weeks. I thought it was from just going back to work and changing my routine.
I decided to check last week.
Here are the labs from July where I felt better than I had in ten years.
Free T4 1.0 TSH 1.25 Free T3 304. I went last Tuesday new labs
Freee T4 1.0 TSH 1.04 Free T3 294 Sorry I don't have ranges i can maybe get if you need them. They were going to leave my .75 of Synthoriod the same and my 5 mg of cytomel the same until she found out how tired I have been. they have decided to increase me to .88 if I choose. I think this is the right thing to do, as I am nothing by the weekend. My concern is I don't want the hair to begin falling out. I have done SOOOO WELLLL. My husband says increase the medicine and see if it helps my tiredness, improve the diet, and exercise and maybe this will help. I am just scared to tamper with dose. what do you think? I am just very tired, and I was surprised that itis the t3 that shifted, and I was a little surprised doctor added more synthriod rather than cytomel. What are your thoughts?
I have half a thyroid, and adreanal insufficency so I also take florinef, and cortef along with the rest of my collection of drugs.

Hope you are well.
