I have been working out for 2 weeks now/ 5 days per week, using an exercise bike(aprox. 30 min/day) and lifting 10lb weights, plus doing ab exercises. I have also been trying to eat a little better, I was never a bad eater to begin with. I know 2 weeks isn't very much, but I haven't noticed any changes at all. I am taking 20mg of Lexapro for anxiety...and was wondering if this could possible be stopping me from losing weight...any advice would be appreciated. I am getting ready to give up already. :confused:
I exercise 30 min/day 4-5 days a week using an exercise bike. I lift weights and do some ab exercises beforehand. I eat about, give or take a few, 1300 calories/day. I am 5'6 female weighing 160lbs. My goal is to get back to the weight I was before starting on lexapro which was 135lbs. I guess I was just expecting to see something, maybe losing a pound or two. Feeling good, idk maybe I am just wishful thinking. Thanks for you're input.
