I take meds for anxiety/stress. Mine is not totally about my health, tho. I suggest that you ask you family dr. for some anxiety meds. He/she may give them to you or might refer you to a psychiatrist. My insurance would not pay for a psch. unless I am totally lunie! So my gp gave me lexapro finally, before that we were just treating at the stressful times with valium. This new med works a lot better.
Also, you might want to quit the symptom checking on the net.
