Motival seems about the worst thing you've tried so far. It's a double drug with two antipsychotics, [email protected] and noritryptylene.

No diazepam in Egypt, that really amazes me. :confused: You can look for chlordiazepoxide (Librium), temazepam, or alprasolam (Xanax) and see if you can find one. They are "minor tranquilizers" closer to the valium and are more apt to LOWER Bp rather than raise it.
There's also an ancient (the first) tranquilizer, meprobamate, sold originally as Milltown (named after the New Jersey town of origin.) They were/are really nice but may be hard to find although they are still made in the U.S.
