uncontrolled bp is death warmed over: 215/115....

straight norvasc 10 mg plus hctz i'm maybe 155/95 or so...

doc put me on benicar hct 40/25 and norvasc 10 mg....135 to 143 / 80-85 or so...doc said that is still high but modify diet and work out more etc...this for a change is a good doc....advocates supplements and stuff for overall health and cleared all the supps i take...he said if i stay at this rate it may be what my body needs to be at....i was on some stuff that made me feel i had the flu ; lotrel...that was it...just awful....

well, now about four months ago i'm static at this 135-140 / 80-90 or so range and i want to exercise more & help things along w weight loss w a good quality diet pill that does not have too much caffeine or certainly ephedra...(which isn't sold as a diet pill any longer, rather it is sold as an asthma supp)....

i started taking this diet pill and if i did anything moderately exertive i felt light-headed etc....i read the sheet on the pills and they mentioned that they could make bp go down...yeah right, i said....

well, i went to my local superstore and did the bp machine and two days in a row the bp was in a range i've never experienced. i was at 112/64 and 116/64 the next....the entire time i was on the supplement it was at that range...i got accustomed to the light-headedness and just had slight fatigue...i exercised and dropped a pant size...

i cycled off the pills after two months and after being off them for two wks i checked and i was 143/86....still taking the norvasc and benicar hct....

i just started the diet pills again three wks ago...checked bp this past weekend and it was 118/68 i think it was....
