hi, i just wanted to bump this up. I am still having pain. My doc started me on lyrica and so far nothing. It seems like nothing helps with this pain.

A discogram will be able to tell (majority of the time) if the pain is eminating from a disc.
You may also have sciatica stemming from your SI joints. The symptoms they produce for sciatica.. can be identical!
The lyrica may have to ben increased in dosage to offer you better relief. You should consult with your doc and let him know it's not touching your pain.
