Hi, Today was the first day in months that I did not have horrible pain. Still pain but better then usual. I think alot of factors played a part. I started Lyrica on Wednesday. I took an Ambein CR so I got enough sleep. Took some Tramadol since my Oxycodone ran out. Just got a new prescription in the mail. Usually I wake up in back breaking pain. Not today. It was the first day in a very long time where my day was not focused on pain. I'm cautious not to get too excited because I know I can wake up tomorrow (or should I say later on this morning) in pain. So I will celebrate the days where the pain is bearable. I just got a letter today from the insurance company that my appeal for more therapy was denied. Their reason is that I am not getting better fast enough so more therapy will not help. Makes no sense to me. They don't realize that I will get worse without therapy and cost them more money because I will probably need more medical care.
