Thank you so much for your reply, It's like a achy feeling the dr. wanted to put me on lyrica but i have read up on the side effects and i don't like them.
I also thought of using the bengay. thanks again for the reply

How are you doing ???? i was on lyrica for 8 months, didnt suffer any of the side effects but they didnt do me any good long term either !! alot of people complain about weight gain, sick feeling, but no i found them fine......
