I've heard lots of comments about people thinking that generics are not as potent as brand-name because there is a huge range of 'potency' in calling something 10mg hydro. Someone posted about that on the 'pain management' boards recently....check it out by doing a search. It was very detailed (I think mostly about methadose (generic) vs. methadone (brand) and the hydros....that 10's can be anywhere from 7-11 mgs in actuality).
Wish I could remember who posted all the good info...maybe someone else will come along and fill in the blanks?
:)
