Thanks for the response. I started using a nasal spray called nasacort. I will try the vaseline idea, that would also help with the dryness.
zuzu8--thanks so much for your reply! I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my question. It is interesting that the dr. said I have "vasomotor" rhinitis, because I am usually congested and stuffy with headaches. I have been using the nasacort for a couple weeks so I will keep doing that. And now I guess I have another reason to start exercising.

I guess I should have know my problem couldn't be as simple as allergies--now I have no idea what makes me feel sick, when all this time I thought it was allergies. But now all I can to is research about it and try to figure out what triggers this and what I can do to make it better.

mlgable--thanks for your response too! Do you mean grape seed or grapefruit seed extract?? It seems somestimes people use those two interchangably, and I am confused about them. Also, how do you know if your laundry soap is environmentally safe? I use all free and clear, because most other kinds irritate my skin.
