You might try Nasalcrom as it was formulated as an aid to get people off other nasal sprays (Afrin, etc). My sister was on Afrin and having all the bad side effects...she used the Nasalcrom to get over the addiction. Worked real well for her...You might try that along with an antihistamine and see if your problems clear up. It's probably the cheapest way...and if all you want is a healthcare professional to look up your nose, go to a doc in the box...probably you cheapest route...

What's a doc in the box? That's some wierd terminology you got there. What about an ENT (Ear Nose and Throat) doctor?
