I use the SinuCleanse system, which includes a dishwasher safe Neti pot and many packets of Sodium Bicarb/Chloride to make the solution.

I've totally stopped using Nasonex and other steroid antihistamine nose sprays! That is amazing for me, since I have CVID and a deviated septum...if only my other problems were this easy to stop or prevent!

I use it every other day as a preventative, but if I feel as if I am sneezing more or am congested I add it to my daily routine. I use it nightly AFTER a hot shower (followed by a cold shot of water!) BUT I have to sit up for an hour or so afterwards to make sure that all the solution left behind has drained out of my sinus cavities (including my eustachian tube!) before I can lay down and sleep.

I use the SinuCleanse too :)
I'm in love with it.

I've been so congested though, that it literally won't drain out the other nostril sometimes!!
