Skin Problems board

Seborrheic dermatitis is a fungal condition and needs to be properly treated with an anti-Candida diet to eliminate it for good. Temporary measures such as; ketezonale cream, corticosteroid lotion, hydrocortisone cream, Nizoral shampoo &, Jojoba oil and Tea Tree oil as maintenance, will help relive the symptoms.

But to get to the root of the problem one must eliminate an overgrowth of yeast in the body through a rigorous anti-Candida diet followed by a course of Nystatin over a 3-4 month period. A One Week cleans of juicing only (to weaken the yeast); daily 64 oz. of fresh Green Vegetable Juicing, Sonne 7&9 (psyllium & bentonite to clean to intestines where the yeast resides), coffee enemas morning & evening will (for the liver). Followed by Two Weeks of a restricted diet of fresh vegetables (non-starchy), organic fish- poultry- non-fatty meat, eggs, yogurt, tofu, beans (non-starch), raw almonds & or walnuts. During these three weeks, do not consume any sugars, fruits, breads, cereals, rice, pasta, corn, potties, peanuts or cashews (mold forming), milk, cheese, no sweets. After this three week restricted diet, to weaken the yeast overgrowth, anti-fungal medication such as Nystatin may be taken (requires prescription) for 3-4 months. During this time, no sugars or refined carbohydrates should be consumed.

Yeast loves sugars and refined carbohydrates so it is best to stop consuming these food items.
Hi,
For Face: I take the mixture below and dab in on the sections and let it dry for 10 to 15 minutes.
I use Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg's) for my seborrheic dermatitis and sensitive scalp. I typically take about 1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar and 1/4 cup of water and mix it in a spray bottle (1 part to 1 part). I spray is directly on my scalp, by combing through the different sections. Then leave it on for at least 10-15 minutes. Then I rinse it out and use a mild shampoo & conditioner. The longer the better. Its best to do it on the weekends or at night because it does smell. The worse you have it the longer it will take to see results. I started using the ACV because the Nizoral shampoo started making my hair really dry and brittle and it started to break and fall out. I have pretty oily skin and I needed to wash my hair every day.
Good Luck!
