Tracie are you on any anti inflamitory meds? A real good one that doc's don't usualy use is Ketoprophen (brand name Orudis KT) they have it so you can take it once a day (night time works best, just before bed). The once a day one is 200mg it realy works fantastic. Also try taking some Glucosamine/ Chondroitin/ MSM combination it realy helps with the tendons healing and improving. Keep up the positive thoughts and the PT it will get better. ;)
