Ive been panicky ever since last night!!!
I finally fell asleep last night...but today Ive dont nothing but panic!!!! what Is wrong with me~ this just started happening yesterday! Ive been doing fine...I take 37.5 MG Paxil and Ativan at night.....why am I starting to panic so bad??
a while ago I looked In the mirror and my pupils were HUGE so I started paniking!! and just now I was just sitting there eating and I though I was about to have a heart attack!! What am I suppose to do!!??? I cant stand this panic!! Its tearing me apart! Im scared 24/7 that Im going to die!!

Dear rainswirls,
No one dies from panic attacks, period. Calm down you are not having a heart attack or anything else that will really do you any harm. How long have you been having panic attacks and how long have you been on these medications? You need to answer these questions for all of us to get a better idea about your condition. Please answer back

You aren't going to die, you don't need to call 911, you need to get into see your Doctor and have him put you on a benzo, such as Klonopin that last for 24 hours. The ativan is apparently not working and the paxil won't do anything for panic of this magnitude. You are not going to be harmed by this, calm down. See you Doctor
