Aropax is the australian name for Paroxetine or Paxil. It takes about 4 weeks for the medication to start working properly. I would discuss this problem with your Doctor though, just to get his opinion. You may be having worse attacks because of the feelings of the initial side effects that decrease as you are on the mediction. It is always best to let your Doctor know what you are doing and the problems that you are having with the medications. Be specific about the symptoms you are having while taking the drug when you talk to him. Good luch my Friend
