Weight Loss board

I started weight watchers offically on April 26th, the first week i lost 2.4 lbs (i had just ended my period as well) then last week which was my second week i gained 2.8lbs back, so i assumed the weighloss the week before was all water from my period! I was so embarassed and was disappointed!!! I know i know that isn't that much compared to what it could of been, but still. My target point range is 22pts, (i weight about 160lbs) but let me tell u that isn't a whole lot, is it OK to go over ur points just by a few?? There were times where i would hit 22pts but was still hungry, i even felt lightheaded at work and told me coworkers, and had to add in a snack, (nothing that was high in points or fat). My new meds, Paxil, as well increase me appetite. I recently started back at the gym as well, high cardo for 45 minutes takes off about 6 pts so i take that into consideration as well and let myself eat a tiny bit more cuz i work out now...... but still is going over ur points a few that big deal????? that's my question.
