you say that you dont want to take medication and i dont either but sometimes that is the only thing that helps. no books or relaxation techniques help. take a look at yourself and figure out what you want to change to help make this go away. i am on paxil and it is nothing to be ashamed of. so what, thats just one more pill i take in the morning. that pill makes me feel better. i like that than anxiety attacks. look at it that way.i still have some problems though. but i need to slow down and help out too and say look.... i am soo dang tired of this taking up 75% of my day thinking about things that I think are wrong with me. open your eyes and mind.....we wont come back on this earth...make the best of what you got and with the time you got!!
