I've recently gone on supplements (B complex, C, D, calcium, potassium, zinc, magnesium, and iron) for general health reasons because I'm in college and generally don't eat a lot of vegetables. I've been taking them all at once during lunch. When would the best time be to take them? I'm leaning towards with dinner since it is at night when your body does most of it's healing.
