Bright yellow urine is commonly the result of mega-dosing on B-2 (Riboflavin); anything over the RDA of 1.7 mg is excreted by your body. I personally keep all of the B vitamins balanced at 100% of the RDA via one daily multiple. I think the Women's One A Day is fine. You might want to add a few things (in order of the most critical in my opinion), taken 12 hours from when you take the One A Day, such as:

C (250 mg)
Zinc (50 mg)
E (400 IU - mixed with gamma)
Beta carotene (25,000 IU)
Potassium (can add a little (pinch) of "No-Salt" to a glass of water and stir and swallow)
