This is what I take in a day. Am I taking too much/little of anything? These vitamins are from a multi-vitamin, Calcium/Vitamin D supplement and an ALA/NAC antioxidant.

I'm also basically on a paleo-diet as i'm allergic to gluten and lactose. In other words my diet consists of fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, meat, fish and eggs.
