Kiwi fruits are nutritional powerhouses! As stated above, they are high in fiber & potassium. They are also very high in Vit C (ounce for ounce, even higher than oranges, I believe), & are a good source of folate, magnesium, & even Vit E. In addition, they are loaded with phytochemicals that may play a role in fighting cancer. Strawberries are high in fiber & Vit. C. So, eat up those kiwis & strawberries! :wave:
