i like to consider that i have a pretty healthy diet, but i having one particular dietry vice: crisps. i know that most crisps are pretty high in saturated fat, but i have discovered kettle chips. i looked at the nutritional anlaysis on the back of the packet and they have a very low saturated fat content compared to other crisps because they are cooked in pure vegetable oil. i know that crisps apart from the high fat content aren't great anyway (high in salt etc) , but considering these kettle chips are high only in unsaturated fat (and can be an okay source of vit E and potassium), would others agree that are an okay thing to eat sometimes????
