whats sprouted bread? haha dumb question yes, but im confuzzled

Sprouted bread is made with freshly sprouted live grains - wheat, barley, millet, barley, lentils, soybeans, spelt. It contains no flour and no gluten. Just water is added to these grains and this activatea the enzymes in the grains causing them to sprout and become living. According to the package, "....exclusive sprouting process not only significantly increases vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, vitamin C, B-vitamins, calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium, but also causes a natural change that allows the protein and carbohydrates to be assimilated by the body more efficiently. And even better still, our exclusive baking process preserves these valuable nutrients and retains the important natural fiber and bran."

people have mentioned microwaving the bread. i would advise against this if anyone wants to preserve the high levels of nutrients found in live food. microwaving food destroys micro-nutrients. better off to buy it and use it fresh. otherwise it defeats the object of buying live food in the first place.

i'm not calling them liers but i was under the impression that heat destroys b-vits and vit C. it tends to get pretty hot in an oven. so again whats the point of increasing the nutitional content in one instance and reducing it in another instance? just sprout your own food from seeds, nuts, grains etc, eat them how they are in salads and guarantee that you receive an increased level of micro-nutrients. or drink raw live juice. buy your own juicer and its an investment you'll never regret.
