If you're looking for something sweet and chocolatey you might look into some of the various low carb diet bar things. I have some that I eat between real meals to get in my 6 meals/day while at work. They're fairly healthy, and while not as tasty as a snickers, some of them are tolerable. The ones I've been eating are the Atkins Advantage ones.

That is for the chocolate peanut butter ones. There's theoretically room for improvement, but I don't know how much you could realisticly expect to see and have a flavor anything like chocolate and peanut butter and they are still infinitely better than a candy bar in terms of health.
