Hello, A previous poster mentioned B vitamins, which is correct, but there can be other causes too like iron, potassium, and stress. If you're under a lot of stress, you definately will get tired. A heavy duty multi-vitamin can be a good idea. Potassium comes from orange juice and bananas. There are lots of iron rich vegie's, which are usually dark green like kale and spinach. I also forgot about hypoglycemia, which is low blood sugar can be another cause. You might want to check with a vegan consultant or take vegetarian classes, where you learn the proper balance of foods if you haven't already done so.
