You need to eat natures "super foods", which include: (to name a few)

Oranges- Great-tasting and rich in vitamin C, folic acid, and fiber.

Whole-Grain Bread- It's higher in fiber and in about a dozen vitamins and minerals than enriched white bread or "wheat" bread.

Cantaloupe- A quarter of a delicious melon supplies almost as much vitamin A and C as most people need in a day.

Spinach and Kale. Loaded with vitamin C, carotenoids, calcium, and fiber.

Salmon-full of heart healthy fat!

Nuts, especially walnuts-full of healthy fat; can lower your risk of heart

Avoid sugar!! Drink plenty of fluids, but not full sugar juices.
