Be more specific. What were you doing that caused the the cramp? What kind of condition are you in? What is your diet including fluid intake consist of? Has it ever happened before? Don't depend on a muscle relaxer to fix the problem; rather, pinpoint the problem and address it with intelligent nutrition and training changes.

I was just lying down and before that, I didn't do any unusual activities. Even though it didn't feel like it when it was happening, I think it stemmed from my bunioned foot because when the cramp was going away I felt a sort of release in between my BIG toe and second toe. I am getting all the nutrients (natural and suppliments) necessary my muscles and blood flow---i.e. magnesium, potassium & multi-vitamins. I walk about 2 miles a day, often with flip-flops which I know might be the culprit in the bunion spasm--plus they are worn down so I am getting new ones soon. [/FONT]
