I don't think you will be ''bulky''...stronger....is a better word, but what you might try is another form of exercise like Walking/Running Treadmills/Ellipticals, you need to tone up and cardio is a good way to do that... maybe try some supplements? like>if your lifting a lot of heavy weights be sure and take potassium tablets/if you do a lot of sweating...salt tablets may help you...or just check with your Dr.
