It sounds to me like your electrolytes (magnesium, potassium, calcium) are unbalanced. As Ding says, "Eating in a healthy balanced way is one of the best things we can do for our health". Eat a wider variety of foods, especially fruits and veggies. Oatmeal is healthy, but a limited diet is not.
