I have been taking 250mg of Magnesium daily and it has helped out with controlling my SVTs. Of all people my therapist suggested it after a series of SVTs and panic attacks. It does well for me.
Three vitamins actually help good heart health. Magnesium, Calcium and Potassium. If you do start taking any of these suppliments do speak with your doctor. An imbalance between the two can cause cardiac problems and even heart attack. My doctor checks my levels every six months and has me on a Potassium and Calcium regiment.
Also, Vitamin D and fish oil are other great things that help the heart. Vitamin D comes from sun exposure and always wear sunscreen. :)
