By twitches you mean you just feel and or see a muscle fluttering, right? Your limbs aren't flying around unexpectedly?

I don't think that is necessarily a big deal, although if you are really frightened, you might want to get checked anyway.

The most common cause of muscle twitches is dehydration or lack of potassium, calcium or magnesium. Could this be an issue for you?

no but i have a very bad anxiety issue...i never had muscle spasms *twitches* before i had my first panic attack...they are just light flutters to answer your question...someone suggested BFS and Anxiety cos when im with friends and busy i can not notice them for over a week..i was just at Lake of the ozarks for a week with friends and i never noticed them :S and when i worry i notice im having more and more spasms and such
