Hi! A summer ago I was getting angry at everything too. I'd get so mad and frustrated and little things (like dropping the toothpaste from the toothbrush in the morning!). I'd also cry a lot from frustration. Well, I went to the doctors to talk about this, and I was put on Prozac and went to therapy sessions. It helped. A lot. And a year later, I was off the prozac, and finished the therapy, and I've been feeling fine ever since. Maybe make an appointment to see a doctor, it might help.
