Quote from chrislvj:i think thats great!!!!!!!love it.
i'm sorry, but i disagree with you on this one, your thinking is what creates the anxiety and it is what keeps you their, yes, relaxing if very important, but i have to say if your thinking a hundred miles an hour, and being very nagetive, and scaring yourself, how you are you going to calm down?
and i myself know plenty of people who didn't need meds at all!!and they have overcome it, but your right some do, so then when they find the help they need, they can actually be calmed down enough to hear and take in the help, and then taper off the med.i hope and pray nobody feels that they need meds in order to recover from this disorter!!!!
you feel what you think!
I AGREE WITH YOU, THINKING NEGATIVE IS WAS MAKES US EVEN GET MORE PANICKY. I START SCARING MYSELF THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH ME AND I FEEL WORSE, BUT IF I TELL MYSELF IT IS JUST ANXIETY AND THIS SHALL PASS, I FEEL MUCH BETTER.
I AM ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE THAT HAVE TRIED LOTS OF THINGS AND NOW I AM ON PROZAC BECAUSE I GOT SO DEPRESSED FROM HAVING ANXIETY FOR 5 YEARS AND BEING SO YOUNG IT REALLY GETS IN THE WAY OF MY DAILY LIFE BUT I AM FEELING BETTER.....I DO BELIEVE THAT SOME CAN DO IT WITHOUT MEDS, BUT WITHOUT POSITIVE THINKING YOU HAVE NOTHING. WHY WOULDN'T YOU WANT TO THINK ANYTHING BUT POSITIVE ANYWAY?
