Discussions that mention prozac

I used to only last about 2 minutes, but now I'm up to about an hour if I really try hard. Here's how I did it:

1. Stop masturbating! It's a myth that this will help you last longer if you do it more often. But in actuality, you are just completely messing with your sense of touch and feeling and conditioning your penis to get used to your hand and not a vagina.
2. Work on your "pee" muscles at least 2-3 times a day. When using the bathroom, stop the flow in mid-stream. During the day, squeeze and contract those muscles as you watch TV or drive in the car. After about 2-3 weeks, the difference will be amazing.
3. Take 20mg of Prozac three times a week, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I GUARANTEE that after a month (no sooner), you will go from a few minutes to at least 15 minutes.

I've done #2 for over a year now, doing 10-second squeezes more than 50 times a day. I even do 1-minute ones sometimes. Doing them right now. They help me stop the orgasm from happening as long as I also stop stroking. My wife doesn't really like it when I stop, so that's only an OK solution.

#1? I think I conditioned myself to orgasm quickly when I was younger and wanted to do it quickly when I masturbated. This why I advocated the start and stop technique, to retrain yourself that you don't have to come as fast as possible. I don't know if it works, yet.

#3. I've heard of using meds to control PE. I guess it works for you. Did you get a perscription?

Anyway, I'm still battling it. Mandelay on just the underside of the 'helmet' does wonders for control. I am using condoms, too, so that helps. Used to use naturallamb and had a lot more difficulty controlling it.
Look, the quick and easy way is to go on an SSRI inhibitor, such as Prozac, Zoloft or Paxil. I saw a 1000% increase in the amount of time I was able to "last" after Prozac. I actually had to cut back to 3 days a week/20 mg because I was having problems KEEPING an erection. Don't be afraid to ask a doctor for a prescription, those drugs are prescribed regularly for this type of thing so it's no big deal. Prozac cost me (without insurance) $33 a month for the generic brand, which I buy from an online pharmacy so it's anonymous. Do the "squeeze" exercies everyday, and within about 3 weeks to a month, you will be a totally different lover! :bouncing:
hello...
thanx for the replies.
well i wouldnt try prozac or anything of the sort and dont think he'd be eager to try it either.
i'll try the thing that chevyman suggested but first i'll just ask him to go slower.
coz as i said before i feel that the fact that he's going pretty fast makes the intercourse shorter.
thanx guys :)
