Pain Management board

I have posted on this board before. Wondering if anyone can give me some advice.
My PM doctor has had me on Oxycontin 40mg, 2x's daily, Neurontin 2,400mg a day, Flexaril 10mg, 4x's a day, Nexium, Zoloft, Remeron, and Celebrex. I would get all this filled monthly, he had me on all this for 5 whole years! Well, work comp is really being stubborn about paying, and I can't talk to them because I have a lawsuit on them, so at the beginning of this year, my PM doc said, (actually he made his nurse practioner tell me 'cause he doesn't have the b**** to tell me) "He can no longer see me until W/C pays my bill."
Well, I didn't know what to do! I have always abided by "his" rules and contracts, and always passed the drug screens. I knew that I would go into withdrawals if I had to come off the Oxy from being physically addicted to it. So I figured I'd just have to prepare myself for rehab. But first I called back down there and threatened that if he doesn't see me again and try to ween me off this stuff, then I'd be forced to file a lawsuit on him with the Oxycontin Lawsuit. Oh, this got a move on him and he has been seeing me ever since, but with the exception of, he no longer prescribed the OC and celebrex and zoloft for me, and he put me on Lortabs 10mg - 5 a day. I'm still taking the rest of the meds. Plus, from then on out, I had to pay my own bills, so I agreed, but W/C still owes him from before.
All this happened around January of this year and I haven't had anymore problems with him threatening to drop me. Now I go in for this month's dr's visit, and he sent his NP back in "again" and said that if I didn't find out when he was gonna get his money that W/C owed him that he would no longer see me!!! Can you believe this???? So he gave me a weeks worth of Lortab this time and a months worth on all my other meds and I have to beg or try to find out if W/C is going to pay or I'll probably end up in rehab because he's gonna drop me. I have never, ever taken more of my meds than prescribed.
I know that it is gonna be very hard to try to get off this stuff. I have a ruptured disc in c4-5 and the 5-6 disc is bulging, plus I have had to have ulnar nerve surgery leaving me with a 25% loss in my upper right extremeties. I have permanent restrictions of no repetitive flexion or extension of my right arm and hand per the Neurosurgeon who performed my surgery.
I know he is wrong for this, but I don't know what to do. There are very few pain doctors where I live. As a matter of fact, I think there's not one closer than 100 miles of me. Please give me some advice!! Thanks so much!! Konnie P
