. i think i actually found a therapist who cares. i really like her.

Green,

YIPPEE!!!! I'm sooo glad that you've found someone you like! That is awesome. Do feel free to talk about *anything* you want to - remember: that is what the therapist is being paid for. And if you don't talk about something that you wish you had, well, there's always next time!

How is the Seroquel working out for you? It's not working worth a darn for me... I'm thinking of going to camp out at my doc's today (without an appointment) until I get seen. This not sleeping business is for the birds...
thanks everyone!!!

the seroquel i think is helping. i fall asleep, bit i have this problem of waking up at various times at night. so i am gonna talk to the nurse about that.

good luck with the camping out! dont leave till you get what you need!

it so sick how people have to wait so long to see a doctor for their mental illness.
it makes me so mad that people dont treat depression as an illness.

maybe some day.

anywho. i will keep you all posted on my progress. next friday, i plan to tell her more of how i feel.

thanks a bunch!

That's my problem, too. Fall asleep fine, but wake up about every 20-30 minutes beginning about 1am. Can't go back to sleep at all after about 4am. Can't take much more. Don't know if I have the nerve to show up at the doc's unannounced or not,....
