I have FMS & CFIDS, my doctor started me on NADH, a natural supplement that helps and truly works for fatigue .cognitive thinking and cellular energy. I have been taking it for over a year now..,you can read previous posts of mine on the FMS and CF health topics.

I have been under the care of a doctor who treats the whole body. My treatment has been addressing the thyroid, adrenal system, immune system underlying infections and neurotoxins with natural hormones, supplements and meds and diet changes. Here are some things that help me:Cymbalta, NT Factor, Energy Extract, Serotonin, B100, taken 1X a day with food.

Plus make sure you are eating, this is key even if its small meals every 3-4 hours, or eat breakfast, snack, lunch. snack, dinner, snack...I notice I get energy when I eat, (I do choose foods that help produce energy). It feels as if I can no longer deprive my body of sleep, water, food, balance, along with taking my meds on time...or I pay dearly!

Are you having your thyroid levels tested to know if you're on the right dosage? It should include testing the levels of TSH, free T3 (triiodothyronine) and free T4 (thyroxine).

Based on my latest lab work, I'm still too low in my T3/T4 levels, I'll be getting my new dosage on Friday, it should be just a couple of days for me to hopefully bounce back to feeling great again. :bouncing:

I am a fellow sister sharing my journey, I do not have a medical background, but since these are the same issues that I have dealt with, thought I'd share.
