Discussions that mention tylenol

Hello Feelbad. Sure hope you are still out there. I noticed on a reply you posted, you mentioned leg (nerve damage). I had a Lumbar Laminectomy in Sept. 03. I have been doing really well with what they removed. A lot of calcification around the bone, pressing on the nerve. Once this was gone, I can now walk soooo much better. BUT.... even before the operation and now after, I have been told I have nerve damage due to all the pressure put upon my nerve, before the operation. This could get better, or not. Only time will tell. Please tell me, what are your symptoms of your nerve damage? Do you have heavyness, numbness, swelling in ankle at time ?. I also have leg cramps, and my leg will also "JUMP" when cold water is on it? Anything you can tell me will be a big help. How do you cope. Doc said I must keep walking as much as possible. I get down at times, but I keep pushing. I won't give up, if at all possible. I do not take any meds. Only a Tylenol when I feel the need. I don't want a lot of junk in me, if you know what I mean. Thanks for any info. Janatee
