How accurate are autopsies exactly? Do they only detect what certain common things they are looking for in the brain (like heart problem, lung problem, overdose, etc) or does everything come up (every single med they took, like even tylenol, etc...)? I'm just not exactly sure I understand the whole proceedure and if they are all done the same way. Do they always "pinpoint" the cause of death? ...or could they say "it was a heart problem" and not be sure if it was an artery clogged, a heart attack, a medication, etc... ?
