Wheat. I don't react to the skin test but do when my naturapath puts it on the biomeridian scale and retests my sinuses. You might want to get a blood test for allergies, or just try eliminated wheat for a couple of weeks. It is really hard especially since i do not have a good diet to begin with ( i really don't care for veggies)

Sinusitis just the fatigue, brain fog i have. Although, my CT scan came back normal also... that was discouraging. I just keep irrigating and that helps my headaches. I kept a journal for over a year that tracked how i felt from the time i got up and pain level, weather etc. I found through that that a lot of my sinus pain was due to dry sinuses and i didn't really need tylenol or other meds.. just irrigate.

Hi,

I've been eating wheat all my life, howcome I haven't had these headaches before?
But, I'll test, just in case.

I have tried nasal irrigation. My mother bought one of those things after seeing Dr. Oz recommend them on Oprah. Though, I must admit I didn't keep up with it. But if the results are as good as you say, then I will give it another go.

I forgot to mention in my first post that most of the time my eyes feel like they are burning, and sometimes they'll water and drip for no reason. Even if I haven't used a computer or watched tv for days.

I also get cramps very easily, I have had them in the weirdest places. Because of this, I never learned how to swim; just couldn't keep my arms and legs moving long enough before I got cramps.
