Quote from Dawnrise:
I have heard that iron, magnesium, and calcium play a big role in RLS. I was diagnosed with RLS a couple years ago. No fun. I tried 4 diff. meds (none worked) until my neurologist prescribed 325mg iron twice daily. That seemed to helped (it took awhile) but also not sure because I was also taking Vicodin for arthritis pain. And the Vicodin always helped.

HI, I HAVE BEEN TAKEN 5 to10 mg VALIUM FOR 6 MONTHS.
MY DOCTOR MADE ME HAVE A SLEEP STUDY.I KICK 56
TIMES PER HOUR. I'M NEVER RESTED. I GET CRAMPS IN MY
CALFS WHILE SLEEPING.TALK ABOUT JUMPING UP OUT OF
BED.THEN YOU ARE SCARED TO LAY BACK DOWN.SO TRY
5mgs OF VALIUM AND SEE IF IT HELPS.
